Earth Day, celebrated annually on April 22 is a day that transcends culture, language and traditions. Earth Day, originally conceived almost 50 years ago, inspires us to appreciate the blue and the green orb with events big and small. Celebrated in more than 200 countries, this is the day on which we reflect on the nature’s persistant creativity, our precious homelands, this beautiful planet with its beautiful people.
GORANA DANCE Co. initiates with great enthusiasm the 2017 Earth Day International Folk Dance Festival as a new pilot project with the exclusive presentation of three dance traditions: Bulgarian, Greek & Russian. When celebrating together, we know each other better. Lets’s spring our mutual support and enjoy our cultural diversity with this year's motto:
